ABOUT ME
IT Infrastructure Engineer — I Fix. I Build. I Support.
Infrastructure, Security & Support
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of IT systems and environments. My experience covers end-user support, network infrastructure, and business-critical services. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, I focus on building reliable, secure, and maintainable environments that support real business needs.
My experience includes Google Workspace administration, UniFi and MikroTik networks, WireGuard VPN, Windows and Linux systems, and Proxmox virtualization. I also work with device management, access control, CCTV, website administration, and endpoint configuration.
In addition, I handle larger infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, system migrations, security improvements, and deployment of new services.
Practical Approach to IT Support
I prefer practical solutions over unnecessary complexity. When an issue appears, I first try to identify the root cause. Then I focus on a permanent solution instead of applying temporary fixes.
As a result, this approach helps reduce downtime, improve performance, simplify maintenance, and make the infrastructure easier to support over time.
Infrastructure, Security & Support
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, I also work with office networks, VPN connectivity, virtualization environments, cloud services, user access, monitoring, backup planning, and hardware upgrades.
I regularly troubleshoot connectivity and system issues where several technologies depend on each other. Therefore, clear documentation and a structured troubleshooting process are important parts of my work.
My work also includes supporting employees, improving existing IT processes, and integrating new tools. I help businesses choose technologies that fit their actual requirements.
Cross-Platform Systems & Operations
I am comfortable working across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments. I also manage infrastructure that combines cloud services, networking equipment, virtualization, and physical devices.
Security and operational continuity are important parts of my work. For example, I pay attention to access control, network stability, system visibility, documentation, backups, and proactive monitoring.
I also use automation where it can reduce repetitive work. However, I avoid unnecessary complexity and prefer systems that remain understandable and manageable.
Reliable IT Environments for Business
My goal as an IT Infrastructure Engineer is to create IT environments that are stable today and ready to scale tomorrow.
Ultimately, I focus on solutions that improve reliability, security, performance, and the overall experience for both users and businesses.
